General inquiries

For questions about membership, billing, or the CaroHealth program, please use the contact channel below when available, or refer to the confirmation and receipt emails you receive after enrollment or payment.

Privacy requests

To exercise privacy rights (such as access, correction, or deletion) described in our Privacy Policy, contact us using the email above (if configured) with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

Billing and receipts

Subscription charges are processed by Braintree (a PayPal company). You can find payment confirmations, invoices, and subscription management links in emails from our payment processor and in your member materials. For card or receipt issues, use the customer-facing tools linked from those emails.

Legal notices

For legal or regulatory correspondence, use the same contact method as general inquiries. If your organization requires a physical mailing address for service of process or formal notices, ensure your operator publishes that address in member agreements or corporate filings as applicable.
